Hyeopje Beach and Hallim park

sunny 2 °C

Last Sunday it was so sunny we decided to go out on a day trip impromptu style to Hyeopje beach on the west coast of Jeju.

Although we couldn't swim because there was a chilly wind the beach is amazing white fine sand and amazing blues - in the summer we'll be definitely going there !

The huge burger you see in one of the photographs is what we ate ! Colossol ! The walk around Hallim Park was very much needed to digest it all !

Nearby is Hallim Park which is some 17.2 square kilometres of what was one barren land transformed into a botanical wonderland !

It's enough to rival the Garden of Eden Park in England. Apart from plants and flowers they also had some reptiles like the huge monitor lizard !
