Xmas Eve, Xmas Day and Boxing Day !

Last night we invited some friends over. We had prawn and vegetable tempura with ginger, soy and tangerine sauce all washed down with some dry chardonnay and mosel. For dessert cherry and mulberry ice cream cake ! Delicious !

Afterwards, we went to the famour Noraeban (Singing room or karaoke) where we sang the night away ! Great fun !

Today (Christmas Day) we went to watch Chinese theatre - brilliant ! We feasted our eyes on martial arts dance, fire-breathing, magical mask changing etc. and the costumes were just amazing ! So colourful ! A really nice way to spend Christmas Day. This evening we're going to warm ourselvesup with some soup and the
rest of the tempura and then watch a film all cosy and warm at home.

Boxing Day was very sunny !To celebrate Boxing Day we thought breakfast at the five star Hyatt hotel would be befitting ! We had a full English Breakfast (well in fact I had two it was so good) at the Hyatt Hotel overlooking the Sea - divine ! We then went hiking to Paradise Falls twenty minutes away from our place ! We'd never been there before and it's a perfect spot of snorkeling so we'll be going there again !
